Receiving infomation from a friend, I was told to to get my cycle back by increasing my calorie consumption. This was when I was getting into the bodybuilding at the age of 20 years old.
Always getting ready for contest once 1 year, for about 3 years. My knowledge extends into
aerobics with weight training, and they were instrumental in maintaining my menstrual cycle.
Then, issues started at the of 23 years old. I began seeking the advice of the medical doctors, but

found out needed surgery. The surgeon did a partial hysterectomy to remove my a softball sized of
16 inche tumor from uterus the uterus too was removed too. I asked the doctor how long was it present in my body to which I received the reply for approximately, 10 years.

I was having other issues right before the surgery, until 2003 when I found out that was my
digestive system was not functioning properly. I ballooned to size 20. Through exercise with
proper nutrition. I haven’t felt as healthy and vibrant as I do today discovering the proper
